A LITTLE GUIDANCE GOES A LONG WAY

From plan
to possibility.

Here’s what setting up your eSIM looks like. Follow the instructions provided with your selected plan when ordering becomes available.

01

Check your phone.

Confirm your phone is eSIM-compatible and carrier unlocked. Have Wi-Fi available for installation.

02

Find the plan that fits.

Check destination coverage, data allowance, validity and the exact activation rule. Ordering is not available yet.

03

Add your eSIM.

Use the plan’s QR code or its manual installation details. If you’re reading on the same phone, manual instructions can help avoid needing a second screen.

04

Choose it for mobile data.

For a data-only package, keep your existing line for calls and texts. For talk and text, follow the package’s voice and messaging setup instructions. Apply any required data-roaming setting.

FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND SETTINGS

A useful starting point.

Menu names and steps vary by software, model and region. These are general pointers, not a device-specific installation guarantee.

Settings → Cellular / Mobile Service → Add eSIM

Use your plan’s QR code or manual activation details. Read its start rule before enabling data. Installing and starting service are separate steps, depending on the package.

Know when the clock starts.

Our talk-and-text packages start their 30 days at purchase. The data-only packages shown here start on first data use. Check your plan’s rule and any activation deadline before ordering.

A different network name is expected.

Your phone may display a network partner’s name instead of MobiSend. The label can vary by plan and device.

A new purchase is a new decision.

No automatic renewal is included. Talk-and-text packages are marked non-renewable on the same profile; a repeat purchase must not be assumed to keep the same eSIM or number.
