Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Introduction
MobiSend, LLC ("MobiSend," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information (name, email, phone number)
- Payment information (processed securely through our payment partners)
- Transaction history
- Communication preferences
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information (type, operating system, browser)
- IP address and location data
- Usage data and analytics
- Cookies and similar technologies
- Statistical summaries of how you interact with a page (tap, swipe and scroll timing, touch-screen contact size, scroll and page-visibility counts, device and browser characteristics, and on Android Chrome three ratios from the motion sensor), collected only to detect automated traffic; see Section 6.1
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process transactions and send related information
- Create and manage your account
- Provide customer support
- Prevent fraud and enhance security
- Send promotional communications (with your consent)
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve our Service
4. Information Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Payment processors, mobile carriers, and other partners necessary to provide our Service
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Payment Information & Third-Party Wallets
MobiSend uses third-party payment processors and digital wallets to handle payment information. We do not store full credit-card numbers, bank account numbers, or security codes (CVV) on our servers. Card data is tokenized at the payment provider before reaching MobiSend; we receive only a token reference and the limited transaction metadata described below.
5.1 Card Payments
Card-based payments are processed by our payment processor, which is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. When you submit payment information at checkout, the card details are transmitted directly from your browser to that processor. MobiSend never receives the full card number, expiration date, or CVV. We will identify our current processor on request through the contact details in this policy.
5.2 Apple Pay
When you pay with Apple Pay, Apple sends MobiSend a tokenized payment credential along with billing details you authorize from your Apple Wallet (such as name, email, phone number, and billing postal code). We use this information solely to authorize and capture the transaction, deliver the requested top-up to the carrier, send your receipt, and respond to chargebacks or disputes for that transaction. We do not use Apple Pay information for marketing or any other purpose without your express consent. Apple’s privacy practices are described at apple.com/legal/privacy.
5.3 Google Pay
When you pay with Google Pay, Google sends MobiSend a tokenized payment credential. In accordance with the Google Pay API Terms of Service, we use Personal Information provided by the Google Pay API solely to process the then-current transaction and to perform post-transaction activities for that transaction (for example, refunds and chargebacks). We do not use Google Pay information for marketing or any other purpose without your express consent, and we delete data received in connection with Google’s isReadyToPay API immediately after determining whether to display the Google Pay button. Google’s privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
5.4 Transaction Records & Retention
MobiSend retains transaction-level records (transaction ID, timestamp, amount, currency, carrier, refilled phone number, confirmation number, payer email, payer name, billing postal code, payment method type, and processor outcome) for up to seven (7) years for fraud detection, dispute resolution, regulatory reporting, and tax-compliance purposes. We do not retain full payment instrument numbers or security codes. To request deletion of your transaction records, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, contact [email protected].
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Regular security audits and assessments
- Access controls and authentication measures
6.1 Detecting Automated Traffic (Bot Detection)
Some visits to our Service come from automated scripts rather than people, including bots that click on our ads. To measure this, pages on our Service may collect statistical summaries of how the page is used: tap, swipe and scroll timing, the contact size your touch screen reports, scroll and page-visibility counts, device and browser characteristics (such as device type, browser version and screen size) and, on Android devices using Chrome, three ratios calculated from motion-sensor readings while the page is open. Raw motion readings are processed briefly in your browser and are not sent to or kept by MobiSend. These values say nothing about your location.
This tool does not collect tap coordinates, keystrokes, or the contents of form fields as interaction signals; information you submit through a form is handled as described elsewhere in this Policy. It creates a new random identifier for each visit and does not build a reusable device fingerprint or its own identifier that follows you across visits. One summary is sent for each page view during a visit, and the request carries the same IP address and browser information as any other page request. Summaries are linked to the visit identifier, to the advertising click that brought you to the page (if any) and, if you place an order, to that order.
We use these summaries only to measure and investigate automated traffic and to evaluate the security of our checkout. We do not currently use them to block access, present a verification challenge, change prices, or accept or decline an order or payment; we will update this Policy before using them in any of those ways. We do not sell these data, do not share them for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not disclose visit-level summaries or assessments to advertising platforms.
This collection follows the same consent terms as our analytics (see Section 8). Visit-level summaries and their links are deleted 90 days after collection; only aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to a visit are kept after that. You may ask us to access or delete these records as described in Section 7; because the records are keyed by a random visit identifier, we may need your order number or the date and approximate time of your visit to locate them.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent
To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Service.
8.1 Google Analytics & Advertising Features
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Service, and we have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google Signals. With these features, Google collects data about your activity on our Service through cookies and similar identifiers and, if you have Ads Personalization enabled in your Google account, may combine that data with information from your Google account (such as demographic and interest categories and activity across devices) to help us understand our audience and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not upload information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to Google Analytics.
You can opt out of these features at any time:
- Turn off Ads Personalization in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com (this also controls Google Signals).
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising industry-wide at optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
