Do I need an account to use MobiSend?
No. You can pay as a guest with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card. Creating an account just saves your history and payment methods for next time.
Can I pay with more than one card?
Yes. Put part of your bill on a card, part on Apple Pay, all in one checkout. It counts as one transaction with one service fee. There is no extra charge for splitting it across two or three methods.
Can I pay someone else's bill?
Yes. Enter their number at checkout and pay it like your own. Guest checkout works, so neither of you needs a MobiSend account.
How can I help pay a friend's bill without them having my info?
That is why MobiSend is so secure! You can pay your friend's or family member's wireless bill from the comfort and security of your own phone. Your payment information is never saved to their profile or account: they have no way to access it, and you are protected by our 256-bit bank-level security. Your payment goes directly to their carrier, and you both get authenticated proof of delivery with the carrier confirmation transaction ID.
What happens if my refill does not go through?
You are not charged. We place a hold on your payment, send the refill, and only bill you once it lands on the phone. If it fails, we void the authorization; most banks release the pending hold in 1 to 7 days.
How fast does a refill arrive?
Most refills land in seconds. On rare occasions a carrier delay can make one take longer, and our team follows up if it does.
Which carriers can I refill?
All the major US prepaid carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket, Metro, Boost, Simple Mobile, and more. If you do not see yours, use the "Tell us" link by the carrier box and we will add it.
What does it cost?
$2.99 per refill with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and $3.99 if you enter your card details manually. No hidden fees, and you always see the full price before you pay.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption, and card details run through PCI-compliant payment partners. They are never stored on our servers.
